Good to know
This is not your typical beach rental. It is our home that we have regularly used on weekends and vacations. This is a 2 bedroom / 2 full bath house. Upscale furnishings. Solid teak wood floors throughout the home. Gourmet Viking pots and pans with fantastic kitchen supplies. We are mandated to a minimum 7 night stay
House Rules
Our guests need to be tidy, quiet, respectful of our community. Loud music, partying, and questionable behaviors will not be tolerated. Pets are allowed upon special request.
Other Details to Note
Beach chairs, wagon and beach towels are supplied. We offer a Level 2 EV Charger. Charge for free with power supplied by our own Solar System. We will need to collect 5% Manatee County tourist tax upon check in that will not be collected by Airbnb There is a camera mounted to the outside of the house facing the channel. The camera is solely for the purpose to monitor the channel and our boat. Should the renter desire so, the camera can be disabled for the duration of the stay. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

Neighborhood
Our neighborhood is very quiet with many permanent residents. You will find peace and quiet in the evenings. Our neighborhood, has a private boat ramp about six houses to the left. Two churches (Catholic and Episcopal) are within close walking distance. "You are vacationing in a residential area where homes are in close proximity to each other. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. The maximum permissible noise level is 65 decibels (e.g., a normal conversation) between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., and 50 decibels (quiet conversation) between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. of the next day. No excessive, boisterous, or repetitive noise (e.g., shouting, yelling, screaming) is permitted. These noises can deprive neighboring persons of peaceful enjoyment of their property. A violation of the city's noise control ordinance shall subject the violator to the issuance of a notice of violation or citation. Noise is measured at the property line of the property generating the noise.
Guest Access
If you have a boat, you can dock it right outside the house! Private neighborhood boat ramp access six houses to the left. Room for boat trailer in our driveway. Our dock can accommodate a boat with a 9ft beam, 26ft LOA. Set off in your own boat and you are 1/4 mile from fishing in the grass flats, 20 mins from the north tip of Anna Maria Island (Bean Point) and from there, 3 miles to the first reef. We have several ocean kayaks for your enjoyment. Launch from our dock and see the manatees right outside. We have 2 parking spots and space to park your trailer
Find us
Beach access is only 300 steps away! Our home sits on one of the narrowest parts of the island, so the Gulf and Bay are very close together! You are located very near to Manatee Avenue and Gulf Drive. Very closely located to Publix Supermarket, beach stores and restaurants. Bike lanes are available on the island. Free trolly pick-up 50 yards from our home.
